V-Rally 4

I used the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X to win the championship. It's a great 4WD car and i didn't even need to upgrade it but that doesn't hurt. As stated in previous solutions, use the quit event technique to lower the possible crew member to level 10 in order to lower the difficulty. Also if you lose one event you can still win overall if you do well on the remaining stages. Good luck!

As you progress through V-Rally mode, you will be randomly offered to take part in Gymkhana Championships.
You will therefore have to win one of them here.
No need to try your luck without first purchasing a very good Gymkhana car, but also and above all without having improved it as much as possible.
Indeed, you will face formidable opponents here and without a fast and easy car to handle, you will have no chance of winning any race, especially since the difficulty of the AI cannot be lowered below 50%.
You will be able to differentiate a championship from a normal race by the laurel wreath which will be present on the logo of the event.
To put the odds on your side, I strongly advise you to use, for example, the Ford Mustang Fastback for the sum of $ 224,000, and to improve it as much as possible.
