Easily the simplest Achievement in the game. In the first Chapter third level you will eventually get a dog as a companion. Simply press the A button near the dog and POP the Achievement is yours as well as a Uplay Action.

Note: if the dog doesn't come to you or runs away hold the LB button and press Y to call him.

This is my last achievement, probably as it is glitched for me. I've pet the dog numerous times. Does anyone know how to fix this?

does it show that you got the Uplay action. Lately many games like TitanFall, Call of Duty ghosts have had achievements that keep glitching on me. Some think that the XBOX live problems IE: service problems http://support.xbox.com/en-US/?xr=shellnav . If it is fixed hopefully all achievements will unlock once you start up the game, as well for me.

Thanks, I will give a shot again. I got the points on Uplay for it but still no achievement.

I had the same thing happen- Uplay Action, but no Achievement. I closed the game right after the glitch in chapter 3, and then re-launched continuing where I left off. Pet the dog again and it unlocked the second time...

When you cook the Sausages and get burried alive, you can pet the dog that rescues you. This is the first available time to get this Achievement.

The most adorable trophy! In the first level you see the dog (which I believe is the third or fourth level in the game), you'll have to make sausages for the German troops. After you complete that, a cutscene will occur. After the cutscene, you'll be able to pet the dog. Walk over to the dog and hit

You will first meet the famous pooch from the trailers during Chapter 1-3: Neuve-Chapelle. Once he has joined, you simply pet him with to unlock the achievement. You will also pet him anytime you take something from him during the story.
