How to unlock the Distinguished Occupation Medal achievement in Valkyria Revolution - Definitive Guide

Bases are small sections of each map that are protected by enemies, shown as a small red flag. Once you arrive at these locations, you will need to kill all nearby enemies to take the base as your own (the flag will turn blue). There is a counter on screen for how many enemies you have left to kill. You will easily capture this many grinding out all the other achievements.
