How to unlock the Sabancci & Co. Commemoration Medal achievement in Valkyria Revolution - Definitive Guide

At the start of Chapter 1, you're in the town of Elsinore and have the option to travel to "Basil's Factory". When speaking to Basil, chose the "Upgrade" option and put a couple of pieces of Ragnite into whichever weapon you want to. Once you confirm the upgrade this will unlock.
