This is Story-Based and will unlock shortly after you are on the Chapter 1: "Gear Up" mission (after going to the War Room in the Guardian's Barracks [middle upper north of the map], talking to Commander Zaquard Ventrue & Lanvil about Lyric's dad and tracking Isabel the witch that was imprisoned next to you).
They tell you to go to the Lost Lady Pub & Inn to talk to Helga, the bar lady, about getting a room to stay in. Helga informs you that the inn is full, but that she can give you the closet behind the bar (found in the door to the left of Helga).
After walking through and Lyric cleaning up the place, the achievement will unlock!
