After defeating Chapter 2 boss, go back to Dalearch and into the Foxier Market. The first vendor is Yaasol, talk to her and she'll tell you about the Dream. There are 4 lines dialogue now, use the first and the second to make her tell you everything about the dream - chievo unlocked!
Be carefull not to ask to see her wares before the first two lines, as it will lock her back in dealer mode and you loose the option of dialogue and then the achievement.

Not sure if this is bugged since the update that fixed the costumes achievement, but it unlocked for me before I had even chosen an option. I was sitting at the choice screen when it popped.

I had the same experience as above. As long as you start the interaction of her saying she saw Lyric in a dream, it'll pop. But for sure it pops when you hit the first option out of the 4 in the dialogue.

After completing Chapter 2, go to the Market and speak to the first vendor Yaasol to unlock this achievement. It should unlock as soon as the dialogue options come up, but if not be sure to select the top two options to discuss the dream before asking to see her wares. Once you get back to her inventory screen, those dialogue options disappear.
