This achievement is Story-based and you'll unlock it early on in the game!
Right after you become Lyric and you get out of The Prison, immediately follow the yellow exclamation point (your current objective) and head south-west towards the Foxier Market. You'll go through a little dialogue of a stranger (Mahoram, the Foxier) helping you get past a guard and he'll bring you towards the bar where you'll learn about the Hellion currency. At this point, your achievement will unlock!
