How to unlock the Wow, I Lost Track Of Time! achievement in Vampire Hunters - Definitive Guide
Map - Brotherhood Chateau
Constellations - Carina, Aquarius
Character - This method should work for all so personal preference
Starting Weapon - Revolver, this can be bought under the weapons tab using the blue skill points earned in each run.
Stategy - First go into settings and turn the auto aim assist all the way to maximum, this will ensure as soon as an enemy enters your field of view it is targeted.
Firstly you want to concentrate on getting all 10 weapon slots filled with a revolver, this is why the Aquarius constellation is handy, it makes all weapons appear as your chosen starting weapon. If you didn't notice, you get a 25% damage boost for every revolver you own, so always choose a new weapon in the level up choices, unless you are offered a double or triple upgrade on something.
At level 3 the revolver gains the ricochet skill and then at level 5 the damage boost becomes 50% per revolver, having 10 level 5 revolvers just seems OP and everything melts.
To minimise damage taken, stand on 1 of the many ramps around the map, about quarter of the way up, aim your cursor at the bottom of the ramp and watch as the enemies just disappear around you.
The secondary and passive slots really won't be doing much with this build, so it is personal choice what you have.
Aside from the weapons, in early levels you ideally want to focus on reload speed. crit chance, crit damage.
Using this stategy i just stayed in position and only moved to collect chests or hunt down bosses. If you get a few collect distance upgrades as well then you will collect a steady stream of souls and level up regularly.
This method can also be used for scoring 3,500,000 in one run.
I was well over the hour mark and everything was still melting quick, even bosses.
