You can do this in most game modes. I done it whilst doing the flame achievements by placing the UV mine, having my boosting partner transform into a nightwalker, shoot him til his health is low and then he just ran into it...simple.On the level with the fountain there is UV mine in one of the room surrounding the fountain, where one of the flames are.

Worth noting that to set one, hold LT. Had a hard time figuring that out. :p

yeah true, but it doesn't take too long to push every button on the controller to figure it out haha :P

This is best achieved boosting with a friend. Open a deathmatch game, and use the map with the fountain. In between the pieces of scaffolding on the ground near the fountain there is a UV mine. Set it by pressing and holding down . Then have your friend change into a Nightwalker. Shoot them a few times to get their health lower so you're guaranteed a kill with the mine. Then once that's done, have your friend walk into it.
