From the wikia : "Milk Elemental is an enemy that appears in Dairy Plant and Boss Rash. It first appears as a part of a Swarm event and later also as a normal enemy. Killing 3,000 Milk Elementals is the requirement for unlocking Bianca Ramba."

I think is bugged for me. Already got 6,000 and still
doesn't pop. Any solution?

You can keep track of how many of these you've killed in the Bestiary from the main menu

I killed many of them during multiple plays in Dairy Plant but the counter didn't increased (stuck around 2600). Am I the only one with this bug ?

No I think its single run only. 2600 is most you probably killed in a single run.

It's total. There are not more then +/- 500 in the level.

Save you a click: 'Milk elementals' are the very light blue ghosts👻, with slitty eyes, gaping mouths, and hands above their heads - like a Scooby Doo ghost/swamp monster. Not to be confused with the other bluish ghosts, with a more flowing shape. Just do the Dairy Plant level.
NB: If you're just grinding the Dairy Plant to kill 3000 milk elementals, be aware that they stop spawning there after 11 minutes, so you might want to die and restart at that point.

This is cumulative across all runs.

Milk Elementals are only found in the Dairy Plant, Stage 3. They are the white head/blob enemies that show up throughout the first ten minutes or so of the level. You'll likely need at least two or three runs of this level to get this many kills, since they don't show up in huge numbers throughout the entire stage. Just replay the stage as needed until this achievement unlocks at the end of your run.
