This is a random drop that can be received from destroying light sources. You must be Level 8+ for it to drop, with better drop rates occurring if you boost your luck stat from the main menu.

A Rosary Is The Little Cross That Sometimes Drops When You Destroy A Light Source.
It Kills Everything On Screen (With Some Exceptions) Upon Pickup.
Other Things That Can Drop From A Light Source Are:
- Money (Coin Or Bag)
- Health (Floor Chicken)
- Fire Breath (Red Brick)
- Clover (Luck Up)
- Gold Rush Clover (Triggers Gold Rush)
- Orologion (Freeze Time Clock)
At The End Of Your Run The Achievement Pops.

Each of these items to find are little powerups that have a chance to spawn in any level. It's completely random, so just keep on the lookout for items lying on the ground. You'll likely end up getting all of these achievements without trying, since you'll likely be focused on enemies and inadvertently pick up each of these at some point.
