This appeared for me in the middle of the Boss Rash Arena after surviving for 7 minutes.

EDIT: Judging from the comments, this can be a potentially retroactive pop depending on your previous runs, although experiences seem to differ as to when and where.

That makes sense now. I wasn't aware there was a new update, and it will retroactively pop achievements.

Popped for me when I got done downloading the update and starting the game. Didn't even get past the menu when it popped.

Same for me @WNG100, after dying I also unlocked EXTRA: Space 54 and EXTRA: Pako Battiliar, both must of been retroactive for me

This Spawns In The Middle Of The Stage "Boss Rash" Towards The End.

Picking The Relic Up Nets You The Achievement And Unlocks "Hyper 54" Space 54 Variant Stage.

For me, the Atlas Gate appeared in the center of the arena in this map at exactly 8 minutes. I have seen reports of it appearing at different times though. Just load up this map with Sigma and turn on Hurry mode to speed this up, then just survive (should be no problem at this point) and keep an eye on the center of the arena for this relic. It looks exactly like the achievement tile. Grab it and then you can end your run to unlock this achievement (no other achievements in this DLC for this map).
