The Whiteout level is unlocked by first collecting 20 Orologions (little stopwatches). These are pickups that drop from light sources. Once you have gotten 20 Orologions to unlock EXTRA: Whiteout you will unlock the new map ''Whiteout'' too.
If you have played before just load a level and quit out as it will unlock retroactively.
Once on the level you will need to head immediately south, the Antidote will be in the cave 5 tiles south of the start. The room has several enemies in it so just clear those before collecting.
If you have the Milky Way map it will show the exact location with an arrow.

Upon starting Whiteout go due south until you find a cave entrance. Inside is the Antidote and a couple enemies to kill.

First, you must get 20 Orologions in any stage. This will unlock the new map "Whiteout".
Now go to Whiteout , when you pause your game to open the map, You will see a blue potion icon just south of the starting location, and you should see a spinning arrow pointer at the top of your screen. Just follow it, and you will quickly get the blue potion. Now you will unlock this achievement and the new powerup "Antidote".

You may want to add that you need the galaxy map to have a map of the level and the blue potion visible.

The Antidote Is Located About 2-3 Minutes From Spawn, Heading South.
- Follow The Green Arrow On The Bottom Of Your Screen.
- The "Mad Groove" Arcana Will Not Pull This, You Must Go Get It.
The Acheivement Pops At The End Of The Level.
Good Luck!
