How to unlock the EXTRA: Glass Fandango achievement in Vampire Survivors - Definitive Guide

First, you must get 20 Orologions in any stage. This will unlock the new map "Whiteout".
Now go to Whiteout , when you pause your game to open the map, You will see a spear icon just north of the starting location, and you should see a spinning arrow pointer at the top of your screen. Just follow it, and you will quickly get the spear. Now you will unlock the new weapon "Glass Fandango". You can use randomazzo VIII - mad groove to make it super easy.
Now you need to get Glass Fandango to Level 7. After you do that and your run ends, Glass Fandango will be a general weapon for other characters. You can Evolve the Glass Fandango to Celestial Voulge for another achievement.
The combinations for Celestial Voulge is the following:
Celestial Voulge – Glass Fandango + Wings

@MulticronX it definitely is the Wings. You need to level them up to 5 for it to evolve.

This is best done on Whiteout as you can use the Mad Grove arcana to immediately get both the Glass Fandango at the start.
I recommend using Queen Sigma as this will make it significantly easier as you won't have to worry about dying and have 118 Skips/Re-rolls/Banishes.

- This Arcana Pulls Everything Except The Blue Potion To You On The Map.
- Including The Glass Fandango!

- You Can Open The Map To Check It's Location. If You Get Lost, It's The Blue Spear.

- Requires Level 5 Wings As Well, So Don't Banish Them!
Get This Item To Level 7 And The Achievement Pops At The End Of The Level.

You'll first need to obtain the new weapon Glass Fandango, and it can only be obtained on Whiteout. Refer to EXTRA: Whiteout (5G) for unlocking that level.
Load up Whiteout and head north to collect the spear-shaped weapon on your map. This will give you the Glass Fandango weapon. Now simply level up and choose it to level it up to level 7, unlocking this achievement. This will also add the Glass Fandango into the weapon rotation of every character when leveling up.
