How to unlock the I - Gemini achievement in Vampire Survivors - Definitive Guide
This achievement is for reaching level 50 with Pugnala Provala. She is not unlocked by default, so you need to open her coffin in the Mad Forest first. You also need to find the Randomazzo before trying this.
1: Since it is difficult to find the Coffins and Relics, I would recommend getting the Milky Way map relic first. This is found in the Dairy Plant (level 3). Follow the green arrow and it should lead you right to it.

2: The Milky Way map is permanently unlocked, and lets you see all items on the Pause screen.
3: The map is optional, but you Need to have the Randomazzo relic. It is in the Gallo Tower (level 4) to the far north.

4: The Randomazzo unlocks the Arcana system, so you can start collecting cards (like the Gemini card).

5.: Once you have the Map and Randomazzo, load up the Mad Forest (level 1), pause the game and look for the ?. This is where you will find the coffin.
6: The coffin is surrounded by dancing (?) skeletons who move forwards and backwards. You need to defeat all of them while also surviving the regular enemies. Having the Lightning Ring can be useful because it hits enemies nearby, even if you're not standing next to them. Once the skeletons are dead, the coffin starts glittering, and when you touch it then Pugnala pops out.
7: Pugnala is now available for sale in the character selection screen. Unlike most characters, she comes with 2 starting weapons: a pair of guns called Phiera Der Tuphello, and Eight the Sparrow.

8: I found getting her to level 50 is a little easier than some of the other characters. Her starting weapons can evolve and unite with Tiragisu (the Revive cake) into a supergun called Phieraggi. It shoots lasers and does a lot of damage.

9: Once you finish a level with Pugnala at level 50, you earn the Gemini card. This is one of the Arcana's that can add unusual effects to the game.
10: The Gemini card description is strange: "Listed weapons come with a counterpart." What's that mean? If you have 1 of the 7 weapons listed, you get a second similar weapon for free.
So for example, if you level up and choose Peachone (the little dove), then you'll get a second bird called Cygnus for free. Or if you start a new round with Pugnala and choose the Gemini card, you'll have her 2 starting weapons and another 2 guns.
Or, if you have all 7 of the weapons listed you'd get another 7 for free, potentially 14 weapons. So, it's pretty cool!
