If you're having as much trouble with this as I was, go to Bat Country. Much easier to level up and get good weapons here than any other level.

I flipped on Endless and as soon as I hit 100k kills, I quit the run. It unlocked.

3rd echo. Main weapon is to OP at keeping enemies on the edge of the screen limiting the kills you get before 30 mins.

I also recommend picking up game killer when you have your inventory filled.

Endless is fine if you can survive long enough. That shadow serpent SUCKED for me on every map but bat country, which only took about 20 minutes with no eggs on her.

You can buy weapons from the vendor from the onset if the starting weapon is crap. This helped me tremendously for characters like Genevieve and the one that uses the one-directional knife.

Anyway, Bat County on endless, hyper, hurry. Get a good build running, and can basically AFK.

Also note now that even when you die and revive, the kill counter will continue to increase unlike previously, so this isn't too difficult.

Refer to Genevieve Gruyère (5G) for how to unlock this character. Once unlocked, you now need to play as her on any stage and get 100000 kills. Obviously this requires you to also enable Endless Mode, since it'll likely take around 50-60 minutes on the ingame clock to get this many kills. I recommend pairing this run with Rottin'Ghoul (5G) if you haven't unlocked it yet, as you'll unavoidably get the kills for that achievement during this run.

If you want to make it as easy as possible, just play a regular run on Abyss Foscari, and be prepared to spend an hour and a half racking up kills. However, if you're confident in your abilities and weapon selection, go ahead and turn on both Hurry and Hyper to increase enemy density to speed this up. I also grabbed the Skull O'Maniac and Torrona's Box to make this even faster (just be careful you don't die).

My go-to setup is always evolved Santa Water, evolved Axes, evolved King Bible, evolved Lightning Ring, evolved Song of Mana, and then evolved starting weapon.
