How to unlock the Mannajja achievement in Vampire Survivors - Definitive Guide

Evolving weapons happen by combining a max level weapon with any level of a specific secondary support item. Once you have both of those items you must then kill an Elite enemy and open the chest that it drops. The combinations for the Song of Mana is the following:
Song of Mana is unlocked by unlocked by surviving 15 minutes with Poppea, which is a character that is unlocked by finding the coffin in Dairy Plant. Skull O'Maniac is unlocked by surviving 30 minutes with Lama, which is a character that is unlocked by surviving 20 minutes with at least 10% Curse active.
Skull O'Maniac can also be picked up as an arena item within Mad Forest (located on the top-left, might make sense to get the Milky Way Map before trying to evolve this weapon to make it easier to find it).

I think you might be catching downvotes in these solutions because you're not, for example, listing how to actually get Song of Mana (unlocking Poppea and surviving 15mins with her) and Skyll O'Maniac (unlocking Lama and surviving 30mins with him). Friendly advice and I gave you a +1 because your list of evos has helped me a lot this weekend.

Thanks for the tip! all of my solutions weapon related now do include the unlock requirements for each weapon. All the unlocks came naturally for me but looking at votes across the board it seems like the later weapon unlock solutions were coming off a bit ambiguous for folks

You Must Survive WIth Lama For 30 Minutes To Unlock The Skull.
Level The Song Of Mana To Max, Then If You Have Been In The Level For More Than 10 Minutes -
The Next Chest You Open Will Evolve A Weapon That Is Eligible.
Eligible Weapons - A Weapon That Has Achieved Max Level, And It's Counterpart (Or Support Item) Is Also Equipped.
If You Have A Banish, I Would Use It On The Skull After You Pick It Up To Prevent Enemies Getting Stronger Later.
The Achievement Pops At The End Of The Run.
