To evolve Mirage Robe, you will need to combine it with Level 5 Acctractorb, this will create the weapon J’Odore.

I just got this by selecting J'Odore from the candy box with Evolved weapons. May be possible with the others.

I was having trouble surviving and getting enough points, so I just stayed still 15 mins in Il Molise. Took a characte I needed lvl 80 for achievement, went to DLC map to kill 6000 Kappas, evolved the Robe. 3 Achievements in one easy run.
