A simple leveling achievement for the Runetracer. Pasqualina Belpaese starts with the weapon which helps you eliminate the RNG of hoping it drops. The more XP boosting power ups you have the faster you will level and the quicker you can get drops which will give the chance of levelling the Runetracer.
The achievement will unlock after you quit out or die with the Runetracer reaching level 7.

You don't need to "finish the level" (beat the boss, or what do you mean?). You can die as soon as the weapon is upgraded to level 7 and get the chhevo on the run summary screen.

All of the achievements related to leveling up weapons and items require you to level up in a run and/or collect treasure chests dropped by special enemies/minibosses. You then need to rely on some luck that the weapon/item you want to level up keeps on showing up as one of your options each time you get a choice. Focus on one or two items/weapons each run to ensure you can level them up enough to unlock their respective achievements before you die.
