SpellStrike is first obtainable as a pickup for the character Eleanor Uziron (Who first gets unlocked by opening the coffin in the new Lake Foscari map).
Once Eleanor hits level TWENTY: SpellStrike will drop nearby and all you'll need to do is level it as you would any other weapon!

Can only level it to 5. Wont let me level it anymore

Just added some clarification to the solution: you'll need to level up Eleanor (via gems) not the weapon directly

When you reach level 20 with Eleanor, SpellStrike will drop on the ground near you (keep an eye out for it in case there are a lot of enemies). Touch it to pick it up. Now simply level it up to Level 6.
