Vampire Survivors

Any standard relic available in a stage is shown in the top left of the stage selection screen, and is crossed out if you have already collected it. You need the relics I've listed below. For many, you can just start the level and follow the green arrow to the relic. For some detail on each relic check the list below. I've also linked to achievement guides for each, as every relic has an achievement associated with it.

Grim Grimoire: Stage 2, Inlaid Library.
This stage is unlocked by reaching level 20 in the Mad Forest (Stage 1).


Ars Gouda and Milky Way Map: Stage 3, Dairy Plant.
This stage is unlocked by reaching level 40 in the Inlaid Library (there are two green arrows, each leading to one of the relics).



Sorceress's Tears: Stage 4, Gallo Tower.
This stage is unlocked by reaching level 60 in the Dairy Plant.


Randomazzo and Great Gospel: Stage 5, Capella Magna.
This stage is unlocked by reaching level 80 in the Gallo Tower. The Randomazzo is a typical relic, but the Great Gospel requires more than that.



For the remaining relics, you'll need to unlock Hyper Mode for four stages. To unlock Hyper mode on any of the first five stages, survive for 25 minutes and then defeat the boss that appears.

Magic Banger: Green Acres bonus stage, available after 2 Hyper Modes have been unlocked. Just follow the green arrow.


Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane: Bone Zone bonus stage, available after 3 Hyper Modes have been unlocked. This one is a pain.


Glass Vizard and Yellow Sign: Moongolow bonus stage, available after 4 Hyper Modes have been unlocked. The Glass Vizard you simply buy from the vendor directly above you when you enter the stage. The Yellow Sign is more involved.




Note that some sites will say you do not need the Forbidden Scrolls. I believe that is outdated, if it was ever correct. I did not unlock the achievement until I got the scrolls, and it popped as soon as I ended that run. I do not believe you need the Atlas Gate from the Boss Rash bonus stage, but I can't verify that since I had it before I got the Forbidden Scrolls to get the achievement.
