How to unlock the XII - Out of Bounds achievement in Vampire Survivors - Definitive Guide
As the description says this is unlocked by surviving until the 31st minute in the Gallo Tower level. If you start this in Endless Mode death doesn't appear and you will be able to get to the 31st minute with no problem which may unlock this. If you don't have access to that then the following is the method I used.
Set Up
First of all you will need to unlock the Randomazzo:
I also used the Arcana IV: Awake card which is unlocked by getting Krochi to level 50.
Running Through The Level
My approach was to do this with the Arcanas option enabled for the level and select the Arcana IV: Awake card before starting my run. This gives you +3 revivals.
After starting the run my main priority was to equip Clock Lancet and Laurel. Clock Lancet freezes enemies in a clockwise pattern and Laurel shields you from damage. You could also look for the Tiragisú item which can give you two more revives. I also made sure to get the Wings item for the extra move speed as the tower fills up with water that you need to stay ahead of. If the water hits you it takes Laurel charges and leaves you vulnerable to the reapers.
All you need to do then is ensure you have enough damage / healing to get to 30 minutes. This will vary for each player as we all have our preferred builds.
As soon as the clock ticks over 30 minutes all enemies will vanish and the reaper will start chasing you. Run north, always north. The idea is that the Clock Lancet will freeze the reapers (hopefully before they get to you) and the Laurel will protect you for a while if they do. If/when you die just revive and start running again. Because the tower is filling with water if you get killed you'll need the Wings item to get ahead of it again.
I found that the Clock Lancet worked so well that once I'd passed 31 minutes I'd have to stand and wait for up to another minute for the reapers to kill me. On this level you can just run south and it'll be over pretty quick.

For the drowner issue (blue reaper that spawns water to drown you), you need to kill him while the giant enemy crab is on-screen (before 30 minutes) using a rosary or pentagram (anything that insta-kills). Once the 30-minute mark passes, that drowner becomes invulnerable and that means your DPS has to be able to kill the Red Reaper faster than the Drowner can kill you. I highly recommend you don't bother attempting to do Gallo Tower 31 minute survival until you have limit breaks unlocked and you have the appropriate weapons and rerolls/banishes/seals unlocked so you can have a build optimized enough for the task.
Fwiw, I did this using the same secret guy you unlock at the bottom of Gallo Tower (Leda). They become a single-target focused beast if you put enough limit break points into Holy Wand since that weapon will only have 1 target to focus on (Red Reaper, Drowner won't be targetted). You can also use some other cheesy easy to aim weapons like Homing Missiles, Thousand Edge, Holy Bible, to name a few.

it might be glitched depending on what character you use. I just tried with the Queen and no pop

One important thing to point out is that all four achievements for reaching minute 31 can't be unlocked until after you obtain the Randomazzo relic. I'm not sure why that bit of the achievement description was removed in the port over from Steam.
There are two ways to reach the 31 minute mark in a stage: the easy way and the hard way.
There are two ways to reach the 31 minute mark in a stage: the easy way and the hard way.
- The Hard Way - This is the way I've seen discussed in most places, and I have no idea why it seems to be the primary method. To do this, you need to survive the attack from Red Death at the 30 minute mark. The only way this is possible is to first obtain the Yellow Sign relic (refer to I can't see anything... (50G) for getting it), then during the stage you're playing, collect the four new items on the map (Silver Ring, Gold Ring, Metaglio Left, and Metaglio Right). You then need to also get the Clock Lancet and Laurel, both of which count as weapons and therefore fill weapon slots. You then need to get all six of those things (both weapon and all four items) to max level, then open chests to evolve the Clock Lancet into the Infinite Corridor and evolve the Laurel into the Crimson Shroud. Now, when Red Death shows up, the Crimson Shroud prevents you from taking much damage, and the Infinite Corridor freezes Red Death and can more easily kill it. However, it is possible to kill Red Death too quickly, ending the run before you reach the 31 minute mark. So, you need to survive, not kill Red Death. As you can imagine, this is quite stressful and challenging to do, and I don't recommend bothering with this method for any reason
- The Easy Way - First unlock Endless Mode (refer to Greatest Jubilee (50G) for doing so). Then, play each stage with Endless Mode turned on. In Endless Mode, once you hit the 30 minute mark the enemies revert back to the start of the stage, but the clock keeps counting up. Simply survive another minute which should be a piece of cake with just the simple starting enemies of a stage, and then you can quit after 31 minutes and get your achievement. This is far, far easier, and definitely the recommended way to get these four achievements for reaching minute 31.
