Choose Inlaid Library and your favourite character, just make sure to check off inverse at the bottom before starting. It’s self explanatory but a couple of notes.
-You can quit as soon as you hit level 80, no need to finish the level.
-The achievement may be very delayed or require a restart of the game. Upon completion for me it showed the achievement box in game but nothing popped. Once I restarted and pressed start, the achievement popped.

Same here, after unlock the achievement in game. I restarted the game, pressed start and after a few seconds the achievement popped...

Load up 'Inlaid Library' and make sure Inverse is turned on. If you've completed the base game, definitely just use Sigma, but any strong character will do. Consider also turning on Hyper and Hurry to speed this achievement up. Now, just play until you level up to level 80, which should happen somewhere in the 10-12 minute range in-game. Once you reach level 80, simply quit out of the run to unlock this achievement.
