How to unlock the EXTRA: Chaos Altemanna achievement in Vampire Survivors - Definitive Guide

Chaos Altemanna can be found in the stage Tiny Bridge. When you start your ny Bridge run for the first time, you should pause your game to open the map, You will see an egg icon just left of the starting location, and you should see a spinning arrow pointer at the top of your screen. Just follow it, and you will get this egg. Then you will unlock this achievement.

Just to note: you don't have to finish the run, once you get the Altemanna you can quit the game & the ach pops.

Note: the "Mad Groove" arcana won't teleport this item next to you, you'll have to walk. But with someone like Queen Sigma this is very easy.

Tiny Bridge is unlocked by reaching level 80 using any character on Inverse Gallo Tower (you most likely will already have this unlocked)

Load the level and immediately sprint left, I recommend using Queen Sigma as you won't have to worry about dying and have max move speed. The Chaos Altemanna will show on the Milky Way map but is 5 tiles West of the immediate start location.

Stage - Tiny Bridge
Go Left For About 2 Minutes, Following The Green Arrow On Your HUD.
----------------------------
Pick Up The Item.
- Allows O'Sole Meeo To Evolve Once The Character Hits Level 80.
- Account Item

Achievement Pops At The End Of The Level.
(Yes You Can Just Quit Once You Get The Chaos Atremanna, It Counts)

How To Unlock Tiny Bridge
From The Wiki
- Unlocked by reaching level 80 in Inverse Gallo Tower.
- Alternatively can be unlocked in the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane by casting the Spell "recyclethetower"

Refer to Tiny Bridge (10G) for unlocking that level, if you haven't already.

Once loaded into it, simply head to the egg marked on your map and pick it up to unlock this achievement.
