How to unlock the EXTRA: Pako Battiliar achievement in Vampire Survivors - Definitive Guide
As the description suggests, this requires you to kill 161616 of the bat enemy. This unlocks retroactively meaning if you’ve already killed the required amount, it’ll unlock at the end of the first level you play.
If you need help finding bats, they’re extremely common in both Mad Forest (the first level) and Bat Country (unlocked by reaching level 80 in Inverse Mad Forest).

Are they named “Pipeestrello” in game? https://vampire-survivors.fandom.com/wiki/Pipeestrello
In the bestiary, there are enemies number 001, so we can track the counter. But does the game count some other variants?
Update: I unlocked this even if I didn't killed 161k of enemies 001 and 033?!

If You Have Been Playing For A While, You Will Unlock This Achievement In The Very Next Stage You Play.
- If You Need More Bats, Play The Map "Bat Country"; This Map Exclusively Spawns Bats.
Good Luck!

This is cumulative over all runs of all levels played, and you can check your status in the Unlocks menu. Personally, I apparently had this many bat kills already, but I also spent time beyond achievements playing for fun. If you don't have this achievement, you can grind it out on most maps, but there isn't a way to know you've gotten enough kills until the run ends. Loading up the first map, Mad Forest, with Endless, Hurry, and Hyper turned on, along with playing as Sigma, is an easy way to idle for this achievement. Get all of your strongest weapons and items, max them out, evolve them, then choose random upgrades for Limit Break levels, and you can set your controller down and rack up kills.
