Laborratory is the new regular map added in the Update of the same name.
To unlock it you must first get the EXTRA: Laborratory achievement: to get this simply pick up 33 Rosaries. See
Once you have it unlocked, load it up and use your best character and idle away (aiming to get the other map specific achievements) for 20 minutes.

The mobs at 19 minute mark are a bit problematic. They teleport on top of you, and have high HP. I had a very efficient run with Space Dude and thought I had this in the bag. Had some of the top tier weapons (santa water, spinach, Infinite Corridor, etc.), and most were evolved. 19 minutes did me in, beware.
I guess Queen and other high tier heroes will be ok, but you might need lifesteal or Laurel.

I can second everything hydramarine said, I also played as Space Dude, had everything evolved and was destroying everything with ease. At the 19 minute mark I instantly died as if Death had spawned in a minute early. I think Laurel is pretty much a requirement, although having lower curse level may help.
Edit: I forgot the easiest way of all - Megalo Menya Moonspell from the Legacy of the Moonspell DLC literally can't take damage but will always immediately end the stage when the time runs out, perfect for this achievement as that means you'll end at 20 minutes. You could put the controller down for 20 minutes if you wanted to.

Refer to EXTRA: Laborratory (5G) for unlocking this new stage. Then, load up the stage as Sigma, fill out your go-to build (almost anything works as Sigma), and surviving until the 20-minute mark won't be an issue. Feel free to turn on Hurry mode to speed this up.
