How to unlock the Victory Sword achievement in Vampire Survivors - Definitive Guide
Got this along with surviving 30 minutes in the Bone Zone as my last two achievements in this game.
You can do what I did and turn on "endless mode" if you lack confidence in getting enough kills in time, or just don't won't risk repeating the process. Though I didn't really need to, as by the time 30 minutes had passed, I was already well ahead of 100,000 kill mark.
Didn't even need to do anything (not even move) by the time I evolved all my weapons. If you fully upgrade Sigma's starting Victory Sword as well as Torrona's Box, you can also get the Sole Solution from a chest as a seventh weapon (provided you already have the maximum six). As the final level of Torrona's Box increases Curse (enemy stats) by 100%, best to do what I did and save its final level up till last. By then it shouldn't matter if the enemies become twice as strong, as I was now making over a hundred kills per second without even having to move!
EDIT: You must get the achievement for completing the entire collection before you can play as Queen Sigma.

xIAMHUNTERx It's been a while now, but I'm pretty sure the achievement popped after quitted the run with at least 30 minutes on the clock and 100,000 on the kill counter.

Bone City
Victory Sword - Knife - Axe - Santa Water - King Bible - Magic Wand
Bracer - Duplicator/Torrona Box (if you’re going for Sole Solution) - Empty Tome - Attractorb - Candelabrador - Spellbinder.
Use those items and you’ll get around 150,000 kills by the end of the match (Don’t forget to choose Bone City map).

This will be your last achievement in the game, as it first requires you to unlock Queen Sigma. Refer to Queen Sigma (100G) for doing so. Once you have her, as the description says, you need to get 100,000 kills in a single run.
The easiest and most stressfree way to do this is to enable Endless Mode and play on one of the easier first stages of the game. This will likely take 1-2 hours though. The much faster way, assuming you're very well versed in the game, are fully upgraded, etc., is to play on The Bone Zone, where there are far more enemies. I would still enable Endless Mode just to be safe (so you don't reach the 30 minute mark and have the run end and you're not quite at 100,000 kills). During the run (whether you play on an earlier level or the Bone Zone), you can add some curses to yourself to speed this process up. Curses increase the amount of enemies, making this achievement go quicker. If you choose the Skull O'Maniac when leveling up, and/or Torrona's Box, these will add some curse to you. Additionally, you can choose the Arcana card that increases curse every level, and changes curse at set intervals. Having all three of those things together can make this achievement go by in 15 or so minutes. You'll obviously need to have a build strong enough to account for so many more and extra enemies, but the standards of evolved Santa Water, evolved King Bible, evolved Axes, evolved Song of Mana, and especially evolving Queen Sigma's starting weapon with the Torrona Box, will make this very easy to survive.
