Vampire: The Masquerade - Coteries of New York

When you begin the game, you are presented with three possible character options, each from a different Clan: A male Bruja character, a female Ventrue, and a male Toreador character. It doesn't matter what order you play these characters in as long as you complete all three and reach the proper ending. (No, getting a Game Over from the bad endings doesn't count! Sorry!)

Note that whichever recruitment quests or side-quests you did in a previous playthrough, if you don't want to, you don't technically need to repeat them in the next run, just as long as you complete the main 4 recruitment quest lines at some point.
