How to unlock the Pest control achievement in Vampyr - Definitive Guide

Rats generally found around safehouses in the game, however, after finishing up at the Bar in Chapter One, interacting with the body on the boat and warping across the river, you will make your way through two warehouses. Afterward, you'll come across a safe room with rats outside it so eat the 3 rats here then warp into the saferoom. Interact with the bed and rest then the rats will have spawned back outside, allowing you to farm the 10 you need.

You may find rats littered across the streets here and there (especially if you use Sense). Consider these snazzy blood donuts and you will want to snack on them often to refill your blood stock. There is no penalty for feasting upon them other than hearing Reid comment EVERY SINGLE TIME. Just snack on at least ten to get this trophy. You may find these in small alcoves or dead-ends out and about, but you won't be able to find them littering the occupied areas of the districts (as it's unsightly to be seen feasting on vermin in front of the citizens).

Rats are very plentiful in Vampyr and will give you a boost to your blood gauge when eaten. They spawn pretty much continuously outside any hideout, so you can get this in Chapter 1 and then ignore them after that if you'd like.

Rats are able to be found almost anywhere, but the easiest place to find them is outside of your hideouts. To spot them easier, use your senses by pressing and you will see the rats light up red. When you walk up to them, you’ll see a prompt with the vampire teeth. Press to drain the rats of their blood.

In the second chapter, in the sewer in the room where the corpse with the collectible document “Exorcism of the Dragon” lies, two rats are running. If you eat them, they appear again after a few seconds, so you can quickly get the achievement at the beginning of the game and not have to look out for small rodents in dark corners later.
