How to unlock the Lore keeper achievement in Vampyr - Definitive Guide
A warning that I wish I'd known: In order to get all of these, you must not embrace certain characters, at least before you obtain their particular collectibles. This is especially important if you are going for the London's Burning achievement and turning areas hostile as you progress.
In other words, if you are doing a scorched earth playthrough (like I did), you will not be able to complete this achievement. Oops.
Here are the specific ones you need to keep alive (or you can just be smart and keep everyone alive until the end):
Also, huge story related story from Chapter 5:
In general, just don't kill anyone you don't need to, although it means you won't level up quite as quickly. Don't mess up like I did.
I don't have guide that I've made myself, but I was following a text guide here:

There is also a video guide here:

Unfortunately it seems you cant go offline and gather the collectibles. It would seem they dont get tracked if you dont have a connection. Some guides will tell you to go offline, get the collectibles, delete your save, and reconnect to get your save before killing people. However, this doesnt seem to work.
Edit: It seems you may need to redownload your profile to have your profile show that the achievements unlocked.

Honestly i am tired of the BS in this game. Far too many conditions and rules just to play. Read a file in a safe,,,, opps, no collectible, sorry... and no sword either...thanks for coming. These devs should stick to click and point games.

This guide simply shows you the exact locations of the all text collectibles you have to find for the Lore Keeper achievement.
**Missable**
Warning: Under no circumstances should you read the note that Usher Talltree asks you to retrieve during the Pandora's Box mission, else you will lock yourself out of a highly missable collectible and this trophy trophy.
You will need to kill civilians to obtain the collectables. This can be missed, due to if a district turns hostile, named NPCs will die and you will lose your chance to obtain the collectables from them. So keep an eye on the districts to ensure they do not fall below 50%, as NPCs will start to go missing and get lost, never to be found again. If they are getting close, heal some of the NPCs to raise the percentage and do their side quests. Your choices in the main quest line will also affect the health of the districts. The districts will update when you sleep at night, so keep that in mind.
The video shows you all the collectables to get without killing any of the NPCs up until Chapter 6. If you are going for a single playthrough, make a backup save to the cloud or a USB drive when you start Chapter 6. Finish off the rest of the collectables and load your backup save to continue on.

Here's a video guide I made to help with this one:
For this achievement, you will need to kill many civilians, so obviously it can not be coupled with the no-kill playthrough.
None of the collectibles can technically be missed, so long as you get all of them before beating the boss at the end of Chapter 6, and ensure none of the four districts in the game turn "hostile" before you can kill the specific NPCs who have a collectible for you. If a district turns hostile, all the NPCs will die, robbing you of the chance to kill them yourself! Check the health of each district from time to time and any that are nearing 50% you'll want to heal some of the NPCs to raise it a bit. Bear in mind, districts only update when you sleep, so if you get all the collectibles during the same night at the beginning of Chapter 6, you won't run the risk of getting any hostile districts.
I would suggest following this guide as you play through the game if you like a text walkthrough, or use the video below.

If one of the quests is not completed, Kimura Tadao will die and it will be impossible to go to his house to take 1 note. At the moment, this problem is solved exclusively by a bug. To get the trophy in this case, you need to collect all the other notes, and then go to Kimura’s house and attack the door several times with any melee weapon, such as a sword. Thanks to the bug, your character will be inside the house and will be able to take the necessary note.

I went inside as described above. He took the note and collected Kimura's corpse. It was not possible to get back out, since weapons cannot be used inside. Quit the game and logged in again. I found myself on the street and went back to Kimura. The door was already open, he took the note and loot again and left.
