This is a speed challenge, which means you should hold RT the whole descent. Try not to miss any gate, although it isn't too bad if you do. Just don't miss the speed check gates (the one with orange camera signs over them) as you will be credited 0 km/h.
400 km/h isn't too much to achieve, as the speed is checked 5 times on the course.

In this video I will show you how to get the achievement "Lose Your License" to get this achievement you have to Completed the Lose Your License Challenge and this achievement is worth 10G.

There will be 5 special gates in this Men's skiing - Downhill run. Each one records your speed while you pass it, giving you a total speed for all gates. The challenge requires that you beat the target total speed of 400.0km/h. As long as you have a solid run, with no gates missed, you should have no problems getting the target speed. Just stick with the strategy of getting the gold for this event, and this challenge will hardly live up to it's name.
