How to unlock the Runout achievement in Vancouver 2010 - Definitive Guide

You will start with 10 seconds and you must reach the end of a Men's Super-G race with time remaining. In order to do this, you have to pass through every blue gate, which will give you 5 extra seconds per gate. keep as close as possible to the gates when avoiding the red gates and try to stay on the inside lane. If you pass through a red gate, you will lose 3 seconds. The thing that makes this challenge not too difficult is that you do not receive a penalty for missing gates. So miss every red gate and get through every blue one. If you do this, and race smart like I'm sure you can, you will get this with little frustration.

Pass through every blue gate and not in red gates. Don't be afraid of taking detours out of the trail. You are not slowed down much.

You don't have much time on the clock, so hold RT and don't miss any blue gate or go through red gate.

It will probably take some tries to see which side you should dodge red gates in order to get the next blue gate, but stick with that route and you'll be good.

Haha, I just did this having passed through a red gate. 0.27 seconds left! Thumbs up, if only I did it on the 360 version :P (I did the PC version)
