How to unlock the Bobsleigh Boss achievement in Vancouver 2010 - Definitive Guide

This is hands down the hardest gold medal to get. The AI is really good. What can save you is the fluctuation of the times of your opponents. To win you need between 2:05 and 2:15, depending on the mood of the AI.

Make sure to get a good start. You should nearly always get faster than the AI at the start. When you move, use both joysticks at the same time. There's no reason not to. Try to get 90+ in every corner. Yes, that's a lot. Yes, you need it.

You will need a lot of practice to learn what height you should go in each corner to get the maximum score, while not flipping over. The hardest corner to do is the last one. It is pretty easy to flip over and the fact that it is the last one makes it even worse.

Practice a lot and hope your opponents get awful times when you get a decent one.

The most important thing is to avoid touching the sides. Bumping costs a lot of time.

Got 2:08:56 when I made it! I tipped over both time at the end! I am just so good with everything else but the end is just silly. But I found out that if you hold left analog left and right analog like 11 o clock or 1 am you get further before you tip at the end. So I think in that one you have to balance the two analog stick somehow like that.

Super G is so far the toughest thing for me in the game and now it is just easy things left. Your guides have helped.

Choose the event Bobsleigh - Two-Man. This event requires you to fly down the track in blinding speed, carefully not tipping over or hitting the track much. For me, this took the longest to obtain of any of the gold medals. A quick launch, like any event, is key. Also, make sure you turn on the vibration settings on the controller, as it helps with the turns. Maximize corners by staying up high, with lots of vibration, but not too much so that you crash. Come down from the sides smoothly by using BOTH sticks to balance yourself out and stay close to the middle of the track when not on a bank. Some turns are unforgiving, so this will take many attempts. The end of the track is tough too, but so long as you are getting major speed on the bank before it, smooth out and hold left with both sticks as SOON as you come out of it to cross the finish. Learn the course, and know which turns are more lenient than others, and you will eventually get this. You must complete 2 solid runs for gold.
