How to unlock the Helloooo, Nurse achievement in Vanquish - Definitive Guide

Your AI soldier buddies have rather suicidal tendencies and will occasionally get downed. You can tell they are in this state when a small green + symbol appears next to them. Boost over to them and interact with them (x by default) to administer a first aid shot. Be aware that you aren't immune to damage during the animation and that if you take to long the soldier can bleed out. You will be rewarded with a weapon drop and the achievement for your efforts.

Throughout the game friendly troops will be downed by enemy fire. When this happens they'll fall to the ground and have a cross symbol above them. Run upto one and press X/Square/E and you will revive the troop. Repeat another nineteen times to also unlock Knight in Shining White Armor.

You can get this trophy in the location before the first boss, in this location you and your squad will storm the fortress, your fighters will be constantly taken out, since their AI leaves much to be desired, this is especially true for playing on hard. So, as soon as your comrade is wounded, a first aid kit icon will appear above him, after which just go up to him and heal him, the trophy is yours.
