How to unlock the The Best of All Possible Worlds achievement in Vanquish - Definitive Guide

Vanquish has a total of 112 Pangloss Statues in the game, spread evenly throughout the game, with 4 per mission. This is possible on any difficulty, and collectibles only save at checkpoints. If you die, make sure you collect any nearby statues again or they won't count.

Additionally, if you miss a collectible, just play through the game until finish and mop-up them up after. Using mission select during a playthrough will void the achievements for completing the game. Last but not least, you can back out to the main menu right as the death animation begins, and load back to not have the death count. This is useful for the no death run.

Note: Some statues will appear before a mission officially starts, or are collected after a mission endscreen. This happens most commonly in boss areas. You can get these collectibles after the boss fight even though the mission is over and they will still count.

so i got all statues but no achievement i followed the guide and have 4 on every level in one run so i did not use mission select did not die nor checkpoint/restart any ideas?

That's very odd. Sounds like a bug? Probably on the Xbox side. It should unlock as you pick up your last one. At the end screen of the game, did it say 112?

Vanquish Collectibles Guide
Hi everyone welcome to another guide, in total there are 112 statues to collect throughout the game. There are no collectables in Act 1 Mission 1. You can collect these on any difficulty you like. If you miss some, you can keep track of what you collected via the mission select screen.

This is a collectables related achievement. Throughout the game, you might bump into one of these Pangloss statues, but most of the time they are hard to spot! They are very small golden statues and when you shoot at them, they make a funny sound or insult you, and then turn red.

There are 112 of these little ones to be found throughout the game, and there are 4 Pangloss statues per mission (except Act 1 Mission 1 which has none). The good news is, once you've found (and shot) one, you don't have to look for it over again but only if you get to a checkpoint. They also carry over on multiple playthroughs.

If you have finished the campaign but didn't get the achievement, you can go to the main menu and "level select". Make sure you do this after you've beaten the game, as it will mess up your saved game! From the main menu, select "Game" then "Mission". You have access to all missions on all acts, where you get to see all kinds of statistics but also the number of Pangloss statues found. Just select the missions where you may have missed some, then press to start that mission. Use the video guide below to help you with this achievement.

There are a total of 112 figurines in the game (4 figurines per mission, except for the first mission in the first act!). Some figurines require a very quick reaction and full attention to yourself, but everything is not so bad - the ones that are not worth it can be obtained by completing missions after the main passage.
