It is possible to get all 4 endings without having to replay the whole game using the cloud save trick. Exhaust all options with all the characters (getting the story related achievements along the way) and when Mr. Davenport has the lone dialogue option of "What are you going to do with your hotel?", go to the Xbox dashboard and wait around 5 minutes. This will allow the game to make a current cloud save.
Next, press the
button and quit the game (this might not be necessary, but I did it just to be safe). When you start back up, continue the dialogue and pick Sara. Pick the second option after this.
Just go through the dialogue, and when the achievement pops press the
button, press on Vegas Tales and select "Manage game and add-ons."
Select "Saved data" and press
on your save. Choose to "Delete From Console." This will force the game to quit. Boot the game back up again and the cloud data will sync back to your Xbox, with the Mr. Davenport option of "What are you going to do with your hotel?" Now just go through the other endings and repeat the process.
