Not a guide as such, since the description for the achievement is self-explanatory, but more of a couple of tips.
First, if you're going for the collectables, most are visible on this level, but there's one that is hidden behind 2 red explosive barrels. You'll enter a room with 2 guards, one who wanders about and one who stands by the radio and a locker at the top of the screen as you enter the room. Kill the guards as you normally would, then get the gun from the locker and turn to your left. Shoot those barrels, the other side of the ladder you need to go down to progress the level. Boom, it's hiding there :)
Second. When you're at the last room, there's a floodlight at the back illuminating the whole room. Watch the pattern of the 2 guards and take the one who goes to the top left out first, then the flame thrower guy as he looks at the brick wall (!) then as soon as you drop him, run back towards where you entered the room. Another 2 guards appear you see and go apeshit when they seen their dead Nazi buddies. Let them cool off and re-enter the room. These 2 follow the same paths as the first 2 guards, so kill them in the same fashion. The final guy to appear just sticks to the 'exit' door and you'll need to be steathy if you want to kill him in that manner, if not, blow his face off and leave, not forgetting the collectable down the stairs on the left as you look at the exit door.
Of course that tip is only really useful if you're trying to stealth kill everyone you can, as I've been doing, it's hard, but very rewarding :)

You can use cheat codes. Plug in a USB keyboard to the 360 and type them in during gameplay. Achievements are not disabled when using the following codes.
Complete Current Level - Hold Left SHIFT + L, then press END
Yep, that's right. Start a level, use the code, finish the level. Get the achievement for the level, and work your way through. Should take you about 15-20 minutes to complete the campaign.
If you want to run through the game to get the collectibles, etc., you can also use the God Mode cheat code: Hold Left SHIFT + Right SHIFT + P, then press G.
