You'll have to go hunting for this one, unlike the other collectables, these ones aren't all the visible.
Press start so you've got the map up. You'll find this in the section on the map, below the big picture, the 'middle' block of garden. If you're at the point where you can go into a basement and open a locker, you've gone too far, go back out the garden gate/door and head up to the top right, behind a hedge (head height hedge) is an empty 'trough', it's in there.

You may not notice this one as it's hidden behind a bush in the garden outside the cathedral. Just before you go though the gate using the rusty key that you obtained from the guard go into the northwest corner of the garden and you will find the dagger hidden on top of the concrete planter.
