By finding collectibles, you'll earn XP.
Some are worth 100 points, others 300.
Every 1000 XP, you'll earn a skill point.

So find enough collectibles to gain 10000XP and this will be yours.

If you're working toward Eagle Eye, you'll get this. You'll need to obtain enough collectibles to total 10,000 XP. If you collect every collectible along the way, this should pop during the eighth mission.

At the end of each level, you should have the following totals:

1- 1000 XP
2- 2100 XP
3- 3500 XP
4- 5400 XP
5- 6700 XP
6- 8200 XP
7- 9200 XP
8- 10200 XP
9- 11700 XP
10- 13600 XP
11- 14300 XP
12- 15000 XP
