Not what you might think by the description in the Achievement.
To earn the "Ninja" Achievement you must complete a mission without firing your weapon but you must have a weapon in your inventory.
The exception to the requirement is when you kill by a silent kill animation which fires your silenced Colt .45 pistol.
"...only when killing silently" might led you to believe you can physically aim and shoot the silenced Colt .45 so don't be fooled.
I recommend Level 3 to complete this Achievement.

You can use cheat codes. Plug in a USB keyboard to the 360 and type them in during gameplay. Achievements are not disabled when using the following codes.
Complete Current Level - Hold Left SHIFT + L, then press END
Yep, that's right. Start a level, use the code, finish the level. Get the achievement for the level, and work your way through. Should take you about 15-20 minutes to complete the campaign, and one of those levels will let you get the Ninja achievement.
God Mode - Hold Left SHIFT + Right SHIFT + P, then press G
Use this one if you actually want to play the game, like to get the achievements. Self-explanatory.

ok the whole level code....doesnt make sense only cause u start the level beat the level and POP achievement....

The achievement shouldn't pop until the end of the mission. It might pop after the previous mission, though.
I don't understand about no need for the code, unless you're talking about playing through the mission. The code allows you to bypass the mission.

Again this will be easiest on mission 3, just make your way though the level without firing your gun, if you pull off a silent kill and violette uses the gun the achievement will still unlock just don't fire your gun manually.
