In "The Lost - Fuel Storage" level. Toward the end of the level when you're looking for the gas mask (up winding steps). After you kill the 2 guys in the room with the jacked-up jeep. Break out boards in the wall to find the secret wine room, then grab the bottle.

You will have to go through a room with a fan and a moving light with 2 guards. The room is very distinctive, kill both guards and to your left hand side as you enter the room there is a door behind a pillar. Open the door, smash though the wooden blockade and pick up the bottle of wine on the shelf.
