This is almost the same recipe as required for the Agni Prithvi Puttu achievement except with one important change which I will highlight in bold.

1) Add rice to blender. Blend.

2) Put blended rice into sieve.

3) Shake sieve over the blue mat (hold while moving the sieve over the mat. It's contents will sift through).

4) Drag the sieve back to blender. Blend again.

5) The rice bowl will hold contents again. Drag this back to the sieve.

6) Shake the sieve over the blue mat again.

7) Rince and repeat: put the last chunks of blended rice in the sieve back in the blender. Blend. Shake over the mat.

8) Finally, combine the mat with the bowl of water.


Now for the next part.

1) Drag the two different flours to the mold in the following combination: Puttu, coconut, coconut, puttu, coconut, coconut, puttu (as shown in the cookbook).

2) Put water in the Puttu kettle.

3) Put the mold onto the Puttu kettle and then onto the burner.

4) Put the lid on the mold and then turn on the burner.

After your Apollo 11 launch turns into a tragic culinary Apollo 1, the achievement should unlock.

This is obtained during Chapter 2 by using the wrong measurements in the second cooking section of the recipe. As you need to "fail" the recipe to do this I recommend using chapter select to get this after your first completion.

Steps:

1) Blend the Rice
2) Sieve the rice onto towel
3) Blend the rice clumps and sieve onto towel again.
4) Repeat steps 2/3 until there are no clumps and add the rice flour to the water.

Section 2:

1) Put water in the bottom of the kettle.
2) Add a layer of rice flour then 2 layers of coconut, then another rice flour followed by 2 of coconut and finally top with another layer of rice flour.
4) Assemble the kettle and put on the heat

Reload Chapter 2. Reach the second part of the recipe. Add in the mold:
1 cup of puttu flour
2 cups of coconut flour
1 cup of puttu flour
2 cups of coconut flour
1 cup of puttu flour.

Reload Chapter 2. Reach the second part of the recipe. Add in the mold:
1 cup of puttu flour
2 cups of coconut flour
1 cup of puttu flour
2 cups of coconut flour
1 cup of puttu flour.
