How to unlock the Hooded Wings completed achievement in Venetica - Definitive Guide

First you must choose to join the Hooded Wings as your guild of choice. Their HQ is all the way to the southwest in the Outer City. (There is a large garden with a stone lion in the middle of it out front of the HQ). Just find Master Deimos inside and tell him you wish to join. He'll direct to to speak to Grimm in the catacombs. (There is a door to the Catacombs just downstairs and beneath where Master Deimos is standing).

Quest 1
Enter and speak with Grimm just inside the door. (Turn on your lantern, he's hard to see.) Upon receiving your quest follow the passage in the catacombs until you come to a large watery area. Instead of going up the plank ramp, swim to the left of it and follow the wall until you come to a dark and hard-to-see passage in the wall. Follow it until you exit, drop off your delivery and return to Master Deimos. (Buy some Storm Potions from him if you want).

Quest 2
Head back downstairs to Grimm, get your second quest and head out for the Water Gateway. Your contact will be standing in a small alcove right before you get to Hengfisk (the fisherman who brought you here). He will direct you to go meet another contact at the Southern Shore, so talk to Hengfisk and go there. Swim out to the ship moored in the bay (board it from the small island it is anchored next to) and deliver your package. Take the package he gives you and go back to the Water Gateway and deliver it to the previous contact. Head back to HQ and report to Grimm just inside the Catacombs.

Quest 3
Go ahead and get your next quest from Grimm, but you won't be able to complete it until you get access to the Inner City. Once you do, go there and enter the Catacombs in the Inner City, and head all the way south to the exit. Upon exiting the Catacombs, go through the only door there and into the house and retrieve the painting hanging on the back wall. The owner of the house will confront you so resolve it however you want (I paid him 100 ducats). Exit the house, reenter the Catacombs and head back to Grimm in the Outer City Catacombs.

Quest 4
Go ahead and pick up the next quest from Grimm, but you can't complete this one until you gain access to the Arsenal district. Once you do, head to the Platform and keep going on through it. Follow on until you enter the Harbor district. You MUST do this quest at night. Go all the way to the end of the Harbor district to the Lighthouse, climb the steps to the top, climb the ladder you find there and light the beacon fire. Climb all the way back down the Lighthouse and begin to cross the bridge to get a cutscene. Cross the bridge and descend the steps to the boat you saw pull in. Pick up the package and return to Master Deimos.

Special Note: When you return the package to Master Deimos you will have an opportunity to question him about it. DO NOT DO THIS. Select the dialogue choice about him being "right" and "I shouldn't ask". If you ask ANY questions, you will be given an additional quest that you cannot complete until you gain access to Africa. If you ask no questions, he will immediately give you the final quest.

Quest 5
After receiving the quest from Master Deimos, head over to the HQ of the Order of the Holy Seal (next to the Judge's house in the Outer City) and speak to the soldier guarding the storeroom. Offer him the "herbs" to gain access to the storeroom. Inside, pick the lock on the chest, retrieve the contents, and kill the guard when he comes in. Leave the storeroom and head out for the Arsenal district. Go downstairs to the canals and work your way to the area directly below the Ambrosial Lotus (It's a dead end full of barrels and debris). Here you'll get a prompt to press "A" to "Use" the dead drop. Do so. Rangar, the leader of the Order of the Holy Seal will show up to kill you, so kill him first (Be sure to grab his nice sword from his cold, dead fingers). Head back to Grimm to turn in this final quest and then head up to Master Deimos for some goodies.
