Beast Slayer: Crowe will ask you to destroy all the demon bird nests around the outer city. There are four. If you've been on the rooftops, you've probably already killed a bunch of the birds themselves just to survive the trip. To get the achievement, you have to kill the birds (there are about 6 or 8, I don't remember, at each nest), then destroy the nest. I used the hammer and destroyed them in two swings. The nests look like brick chimneys or cones on the rooftop. Destroy all four, and the achievement will pop, but I'd suggest destroying the actual nests only after Crowe gives you the quest so it will be sure to count toward your total for the Quest Master achievement.

While I haven't confirmed specifically that it applied to Quest Master, I'm fairly sure that it doesn't matter what order in which you destroy the nests and pick up the quest. I destroyed all the nests first and then picked up the quest. He still gives you the quest, you can talk to him again to immediately turn it in, and you still get the XP and have the quest show up in the completed quests list.

You get quests to clear the roofs of both the Outer and Inner Venice from two different people.
Outer Venice = Crowe, who can be found at the top of the Western tower
Inner Venice = San, who can be found in the Occult Shop.
Complete both of these quests to unlock this trophy and the one linked here Beast Nightmare.
