How to unlock the Treasure Hunter achievement in Venetica - Definitive Guide

For this achievement you will have to dig up every single treasure in the game, although im not sure if the black grimorie and the ladys skull count towards this achievement as they are quest related.

First of all you will need to buy a shovel, outside the doctors house in the Arsenal District is a trader who sells shovels. Now you can either find all the treasure maps by opening chests, or use the guide i linked below.
It shows a picture of the map and theres a spoiler button right below it to show you pictures of where exactly to dig.

It should be noted that the above map does not list one of the treasure spots needed for this achievement. It is in the Doge's Palace Garden, kitty-corner to the one that is shown. Doing the "Glory Forsaken" quest will lead you to also acquire the "Lost Love" quest. The latter will require you to dig at the appropriate spot. Just a heads up in case you were considering going through all the spots again to double-check. This was the final one I needed, so nothing else is missing from the guide.

Buy a shovel from Dominicus within the Arsenal and then dig for treasures hidden throughout the game. There are some good maps on the Venetica Wiki which show the exact locations to dig: Treasure Locations

You can buy a shovel at Dominicus (across the Doctor's house in the Arsenal), equip it and look for the treasures hidden in the world. Instead of looking for all the treasure maps, here is a link to the official Venetica forums with detailed instructions for where to dig. The maps are based on the PC version, but I found all the treasures using these maps.

Note that there is a story quest towards the end where you have to dig out the skull of the Jailor's wife. This is also considered a treasure and the achievement only unlocks once you find this one as well.

To be able to dig up treasures, you need to visit Dominicus's shop on Shade Street right in front of the doors of the Doctor's house and buy a shovel from him.

There are 18 buried treasures in the game, 17 are found using cards, and one you dig up in the story. You can find treasure maps in chests, buy them in the store, or receive them from ghosts - once you have the appropriate skill. However, you can save your time and use a special topic on our forum where all the treasures are marked .

You will receive this trophy immediately after you dig up the last 18 treasure.
