This recipe takes a justice hammer, legendary dye and boon talisman. An easy way to get a justice hammer is to transmute alot of yellow weapons. For the legendary dye load up windswept canyons, equip your best item find gear, and keep killing the skeletons on the stairs. I got 3 doing this in less than an hr.they seem to drop them pretty steadily. You can also get a legendary dye as a reward for hitting level 59.

If you're having trouble finding the recipes, you can transmute 3 yellows for the chance to get any legendary talisman, i kept getting doubles of green/yellow recipes so i got myself 3 random yellow talismans, transmuted for the legendary chance and then deleted local save until i got the purple i wanted.
