Best place to get this is the broodmother fight. Just run around stepping on mites the little green spider things.

There is a point in The Bottomless Pit where a ton of these little guys spawn. That was how I did it.

Best place for this is in the fight with the Broodmother. There will tons of Mites (little green spiders) so just run around and you will get it.
