Best spot to get this is in the first area of the dlc. Just below and to the right of the entrance to the furnace area is a checkpoint with a couple hundred skeletons. Its almost the center of the area. Just use paralyzer demon power on them. You can get a bunch of other achievements here such as demonicon and speed freak. Just about anything that requires a large amount of enemies can be done here. If you die just use an aether vile when you spawn for full overdrive.

You need the Paralyze demon power to do this easily. Do this in the World of Wars area. Go the Heart of Destruction (where the warpig boss is) and then take the exit to World of Wars area. Head east toward the guitar icon, then go north to the checkpoint. Go north of the checkpoint and a ton of skeletons will spawn. Let the skeletons swarm around you and then use Paralyze. Note you can do other achievements here really easily, like the one related to the Swarm card, or killing 250 headbanging skeletons with guitar lightning.
