Easiest way to get this is to put all critical chance destiny cards on. I had 87& when I dI'd this and got 6 slashes in a row. Slash recharges instantly when you get a critical. It's the y attack on the sword. Also take off all hexes or do on unarmored opponents since the armor may negate critical hits.
Edit: the lucky rabbits foot also give you unlimited critica chancel for 5 seconds which makes it perfect for this achievement.

In addition to any cards you have, if you've got the legendary sword Lady Luck, it adds 25% to critical chance.
Also, this can be done on the dummies upstairs in Castle Zagoravia.

I used the dummies. The trick is to hack (x button) each one three times so vulnerability is enabled (their base turns red) on all of them. This gives you a guaranteed critical slash for the instant recharge. If you hit the first then the second then the third, you'll be guaranteed a fourth hit so you just need to get a little luck to have it be critical so you can catch the 5th.
There's a bit of finesse involved in moving from each target quickly but it wasn't too hard for me. I did have The Runner level 2 activated to boost movement speed as well as a level 2 and 3 Strengths which gave me 8% and 6% boosts for critical change. My weapon and outfit had no benefits.

When using a sword, your Slash ability will reset if it scores a critical hit.
You can boost your critical hit chance in many ways. To name some of the more easily obtainable ones, you can use Strength destiny cards. Using the Berserk Aura demon spell will give you a 20% increase for it's duration. The vigilante outfit gives you a 10% increase. You can also guarantee that your first hit will crit by attacking an enemy with your sword 3 times before starting to use Slash, as this will apply vulnerability which makes the next hit the enemy takes be a guaranteed critical hit.
It doesn't matter if the enemy is immune to critical damage as the ability will still reset. Also make sure you have enough armor penetration or the enemy has low enough armor in general so that you wont get a glancing blow by chance.
If you have either DLC, a very easy way to get this is to attack the back of a scorpion as it guarantees a critical strike. If you press the button too fast, you will push the enemy too far away from you. Either attack in a rhythm or pin one against a wall.

If you can get a Lucky Rabbit's Foot, it gives 100% crit for 5 seconds, so this would be very easy. It's unlimited use too, though the cooldown is quite long. But it's a purple, so it's probably quite rare.

This needs to be done with a sword and 
. Once you get a critical strike, the meter will refill automatically. The best place is with the dummies on the castle. If you are struggling to get critical hits try equipping as many "The Strength" destiny cards as you have.
