I got this on accident when fighting the Broodmother boss (I was level 13)
Run around the area breaking eggs which count towards "Abstinence Kills" and "Demonomicon", and when you have built up your Overdrive (I had shockwave), you should have several dozens of spiders behind you, turn around and use it.
You should cause a ton of damage with this, killing upwards of 50 easily.
Some other suggestions:
- high strength build, bonus attack power
- high crit chance
As you level and acquire better gear, you should get this without really trying.

I also got this on accident. I was attacking the dummies at the castle and used a gold scythe's tornado attack. (The dummies are upstairs on the right side)
I'm guessing other weapons should work as well or better. Hammers in particular are strong in single attacks at the cost of being slower between attacks. Then there's weapon perks and Destiny cards. Anything that increases regular or critical damage should help as well as Destiny cards like Archer/Warrior that increase ranged/melee damage and Rogue that increases critical. There's also perks that increase damage when health above 90% which is useful for dummies.

I had originally gone with a rogue build, so I had a lot of critical boosts, plus the hammer, so I imagine that made it easy lol

Once you find a good weapon, start using transmute to increase the damage and critical it can do. Eventually with critical, you will be able to do this. This can be achieved with Demon Powers as well.
